Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive part time Admin Assistant to work 3 days a week. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth administrative processes, maintaining effective communication, and providing exceptional support to our team.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
- Organise and maintain files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and Xero accounting
- Support invoicing using Xero accounting
Requirements
- Proven office experience or administrative experience is essential
- Experience in a motor trade industry
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Xero accounting or similar accounting software
- Good typing speed and data entry skills for efficient document processing
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks undertaken
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Basic clerical skills including filing, photocopying, and email management
The role is 3 days per week. Free onsite parking.
Pay: £19,055.80-£23,433.57 per year
