About this opportunity
Are you a qualified Level 2A Building Inspector looking to make a real difference in the communities you serve? Join Cumberland Council's Building Control team and play a vital role in protecting public health, safety, and wellbeing across the built environment.
In this varied and rewarding role, you'll assess building plans, conduct site inspections, and provide expert advice to help ensure compliance with Building Regulations and associated legislation. Working closely with homeowners, developers, architects, contractors, and colleagues, you'll support the delivery of safe, high-quality developments across Cumberland.
