Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and skilled Multi Trader to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of trades across various projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of diverse construction tasks, from carpentry and roofing to plumbing and electrical work. Duties
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, cabinetry, and finishing work with precision and attention to detail
- Carry out roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance using appropriate techniques and materials
- Conduct construction painting to ensure surfaces are properly prepared and finished to specifications
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for residential or commercial buildings
- Execute masonry work such as bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete finishing with accuracy
- Handle electrical installations, troubleshooting, and repairs in compliance with safety regulations
- Operate hand tools and power tools efficiently across multiple trades as needed
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety protocols at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in multiple trades including carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry, , electrical work, plastering
- Strong knowledge of construction painting techniques and surface preparation
- Proficiency with hand tools such as hammers, saws, chisels, screwdrivers, etc.
- Skilled in operating power tools like drills, grinders, saws, and welding machines
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues on-site
- Good physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
