Overview
- We are looking for a reliable, caring and organised Support Worker to work with residents living in supported accommodation across Birmingham.
- The successful candidate will provide practical and emotional support, conduct regular welfare checks, and help residents work towards greater independence.
- This role involves travel between properties, direct resident contact and accurate record keeping.
Previous support-work experience is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided to a suitable candidate.
