We are looking for ambitious, driven and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as a Lead Renewables Advisor.
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s fastest-growing renewable energy businesses, helping homeowners transition to cleaner, smarter and more cost-effective energy solutions including Solar PV, Battery Storage and Air Source Heat Pumps.
You will be working with warm inbound enquiries generated through the OVO brand, alongside company marketing and referral channels, speaking directly with homeowners to design and recommend renewable energy systems tailored to their property and energy usage.
This is a high-reward opportunity for motivated sales professionals who are confident building rapport, managing a pipeline and delivering an excellent customer experience from enquiry through to sale.

The Role
As a Lead Renewables Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing inbound customer enquiries
- Conducting virtual consultations with homeowners
- Recommending Solar PV, battery storage and renewable energy solutions
- Building and presenting tailored proposals
- Managing your sales pipeline effectively through our CRM systems
- Following up quotations and maintaining strong communication with customers
- Working closely with surveying and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Consistently working towards sales and conversion targets
- Maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in Solar PV sales is highly desirable
- Experience within Air Source Heat Pump sales would be advantageous
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Motivated, driven and target-focused mindset
- Ability to manage workload and pipeline effectively
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Confidence using CRM systems and digital communication tools
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
