As we continue to grow, we are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused waiting staff to join our friendly Front of House team.
About the role
As a key member of our front of house team, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. You'll be welcoming customers, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring exceptional service throughout every shift.
Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, professional and attentive service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve dishes and drinks efficiently
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer queries
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in the restaurant
- Help create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
What were looking for
- Previous experiecne in hospitality
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Passion for food and delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Ability to remain calm and organised during busy service
- Reliable, punctual and flexible with shifts
- Team player with a willingness to learn.
- Interest in Japanese food and culture is a bonus
