Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our refridgeration team within Kings Lynn. This role is vital in ensuring the seamless procurement of materials and services, supporting our mission to provide top-tier engineering solutions with safety and efficiency at the forefront.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee purchasing activities using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle EBS.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
- Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with project teams to forecast procurement needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or similar role within the refrigeration sector.
- Excellent negotiation skills and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic procurement plans.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant certifications in procurement or supply chain management are a plus.
