PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Looking for a few SUPER STAR Field Engineers to work in a heavy travel environment, in all weather conditions, working on heavy plant equipment, all across the U.K. to help drive company growth by being empowered to take amazing care of our customers! We’re a rapidly growing construction equipment company, who does things differently, we do things the right way!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Are you looking for a challenging position where you’ll travel the UK and see every mile of her from sea to sea! On occasions we may ask you to work overseas too. You’ll need to be a self-starter and have a work-until-the-job-is-done customer first mentality as you won’t have a boss breathing down your neck. You’ll work alone most of the time, side-by-side our awesome customers ensuring their equipment is up and running as quickly as possible. Your company van will need to be kept so that it says “I take pride in my work”. Problem solving will be a big part of your day, having hydraulic, electrical and pneumatic system experience is a plus, but if you have a great positive attitude and mindset we’ll train you. Be flexible as every day will be different, you’ll encounter a new chanllenge that will require you to be an inquisitive problem-solver! You’ll need to be confident enough to know you don’t know everything so that your comfortable reaching out for help when needed. EDUCATION – EXPERIENCE – COMPUTER SKILLS
- Experience using Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Previous experience as a plant fitter or mobile engineer working with heavy equipment such as CAT, JCB, John Deere or Komatsu
- Strong electrical fault finding a plus
- Knowledge of hydraulics and welding a plus

While performing the duties of this position, the employee:
· Must be able to lift and/or move up to 30 kgs.
· Must be able to work up to 5 meters feet off the ground & climb ladders on occasion.
· Must be able to work outdoors up to 100% of the workday.
· Must be able to travel by vehicle or plane up to 100% of the workday.

Pay: £42,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
