Classroom Assistant Positions – Specialist Education Setting
Exciting opportunities are now available for Classroom Assistants at a specialist school supporting children and young people with autism and complex social communication needs. This is your chance to become part of a vibrant and dedicated community making a daily difference in the lives of children, young people, and their families.
Permanent full-time (term-time only) and part-time roles are available.
The school is situated across multiple sites, including a primary and secondary/further education campus, as well as a temporary infant satellite provision. All sites cater to learners aged 4 to 19 years, with an average class size of 9 students, providing a supportive and structured environment.
We currently have vacancies within the Primary department, including positions at both the main and satellite sites.
No Experience? No Problem.
While prior experience working with children is beneficial, it’s not essential. A paid induction training programme and continued professional development are provided for all staff.
