We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Health Care Assistant to join our friendly, supportive primary care team. You will play a key role in assisting clinicians with day to day patient care, ensuring clinics run smoothly and patients receive timely, high-quality care. As a growing practice caring for approximately six thousand patients, we have recently moved into brand new, purpose built premises that provide excellent facilities and an enhanced environment for delivering excellent services for our patients. Our practice offers a structured environment with strong clinical and administrative support to help you thrive.
We are looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and confident working with patients. You should be able to work well as part of a team, communicate clearly, and maintain high standards.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload and will work closely with our practice nursing team and the wider practice team to deliver safe and effective care to those in our community. Ideally, we are looking for someone with -
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Basic IT competence and ability to use clinical systems
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
Previous experience working in an NHS setting along with phlebotomy experience would be beneficial but is not essential as full training will be provided.
