Job Description:
We are looking for a compassionate Support worker to join our team, supporting individuals with a variety of mental health needs. This role combines care, emotional support, and maintaining a safe, clean environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Support residents with daily living and personal care
- Provide emotional support tailored to individual needs
- Maintain hygiene and infection control standards
- Complete digital care records accurately
- Assist with cleaning duties

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in care/support roles preferred but not essential full training can be provided.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Available to work 8pm-8am with flexibility, no set shifts available.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Pay: £12.71-£13.15 per hour
