Pay & Progression
We utilize a per-parcel payment structure tailored for productive drivers—meaning your day-to-day speed and route mastery directly dictate your take-home pay.
- Pay Structure: £0.75 – £0.90 per drop.
- Daily Workload: Standard volume averages 150 drops/day, scaling up to 250 drops during busy seasons or double-run shifts.
- Guaranteed Initial Pay: Your first 14 days are fully supported and paid at the National Minimum Wage while you complete full training on equipment and local distribution routes.
- Full Earnings Transition: Once training is complete, you transition straight to piece-rate compensation. Your daily income will depend entirely on your pace, organization, and efficiency on the road.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
This is a fast-moving, physically demanding role. Expect to stay on the move throughout your shift as you manage multi-drop deliveries across scenic Highland routes.
- Time Management: Consistently execute tight delivery windows across 150+ stops.
- Physical Effort: Maintain quick pace and high stamina from morning loading to final drop-off.
- Operational Readiness: Utilize provided vehicles and team loading support to get hit the road efficiently every morning.

- Licence & Driving History: Valid UK Driving Licence with a solid track record.
- Organization: Capability to plan stops, remain organized under high drop counts, and hit daily deadlines.
- Stamina & Drive: High level of physical fitness suitable for continuous van-entry/exit and parcel handling.
- Customer Skills: Professional, friendly attitude when representing our brand at local doors.
