We are an independent community pharmacy and proud to be Englands Oldest Trading Pharmacy. We are currently looking for a hardworking, responsible professional to join our team. Full time or part time hours considered.
The Role & Responsibilities;
- Assisting the pharmacist as required
- Dispensing items efficiently and accurately
- Serving on the counter in a professional manner
- Recommending suitable products based on customer healthcare requirements
- Liaising with patients, GP surgeries, nurses etc.
- Preparation of blister packs/dosette boxes (including care homes)
- Delivering services to patients (i.e. smoking cessation, ear wax removal, blood testing)
Your Skills and Experience;
- Minimum qualification - Medicine Counter/NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent) preferred
- Responsible and reliable, with a strong sense of punctuality and timekeeping
- Business-minded, with an understanding of the commercial side of running a community pharmacy
- Highly professional face-to-face and telephone manner
- Building relationships with customers, patients and healthcare professionals
- Dispensing experience
- Customer service experience

- Hourly rate negotiable, dependent on level of pharmacy experience
Pay: From £12.75 per hour
