Position Overview:
The Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for providing effective day‑to‑day customer support, acting as a central point of contact between customers and internal departments to ensure timely communication and a positive customer experience. The role supports order fulfilment, resolves customer queries, and works collaboratively with all teams to ensure customer requirements are met in line with company standards. This role is office based only.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints, handling issues professionally, calmly, and in line with company procedures
- Escalate complex, high‑risk, or unresolved complaints to the appropriate manager in line with escalation procedures
- Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and contributing to corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure all complaint handling complies with customer requirements, quality standards, and internal policies
Requirements:
· Proven experience in customer service or a related field
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a polite and professional demeanour.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and patience.
· Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and web-based platforms.
· Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
· A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
· 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday
