About the Role
We are looking for caring, reliable Bank Care Assistants to join our friendly team at Hartfield House. This role is ideal for someone seeking flexible work while making a positive difference to residents’ lives.
You will support residents with their daily living needs, ensuring dignity, comfort, and person-centred care at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Supporting with meals and hydration
- Promoting independence, dignity, and choice
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Working as part of a team to deliver high-quality care
- Following care plans, policies, and procedures
What We’re Looking For
- A kind, patient, and compassionate nature
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and flexibility
- Experience in care is desirable but not essential (training provided)
- NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care is an advantage
