Duties
- Lead and supervise a diverse team of retail associates, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and sales tracking
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to optimize product presentation and sales opportunities
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members to foster growth and engagement
- Coordinate scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours while managing time efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Maintain organized records of sales, inventory, staffing, and administrative tasks to support smooth store functioning
Requirements
- Proven management experience with a focus on supervising teams in a retail environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Demonstrated experience in sales management, merchandising, and organizational planning
- Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Previous administrative experience including record-keeping and reporting responsibilities
- Exceptional organizational skills paired with strong phone etiquette and customer service orientation
- Management or supervisory experience in retail or related fields is preferred; multilingual capabilities are a plus
