The Role
- Managing an engaging caseload of Private Children, Care Proceedings, PLO, Domestic Abuse, Non-Molestation, Occupation Orders, Divorce, and general family matters.
- Handling applications for Non-Molestation Orders and Occupation Orders
- Working closely with a variety of clients to fully understand their objectives, either independently or as part of a team.
- Delivering efficient, proactive, and client-focused service at all times.
- Developing your reputation as a family expert within a supportive team environment.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years' experience managing your own varied Family Law caseload
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer
- Understanding of Legal Aid and ideally working towards or holding panel accreditation
- Career-motivated with excellent communication, client management, and organisational skills
- Proactive, professional, solutions-driven, and friendly character
- High level of client care and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients
- Strong commitment to teamwork and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues at all levels
