We are a residential care home specialising in elderly care and Dementia. The majority of our residents live here on a permanent basis but we also offer respite care.
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Laundry Person to join our team
Key Responsibilities
· Wash, dry, fold, and iron laundry items.
· Sort clothing and linens according to washing requirements.
· Operate and maintain laundry equipment safely.
· Inspect items for stains, damage, and cleanliness.
· Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards.
· Keep the laundry area clean and organised.
Requirements
· Previous laundry or housekeeping experience is an advantage but not essential.
· Ability to work efficiently and pay attention to detail.
· Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
