Act as a strategic partner to plant leadership by supporting development of ABP/forecast/cost roadmaps to meet product cost commitments and providing insightful analysis actual performance vs plan to improve plant performance.

Implement/support process improvements, standardization initiatives, M&A related activities (e.g. integration) and any global projects as defined by Global Operations Control (GOC) and Global Finance & Controllership teams.
Primary Responsibilities:

Manage all accounting operations including cost accounting, financial closing and reporting, internal control and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, tax, fixed asset accounting, inventory management, and related activities

Manage month-end closing and prepare monthly financial statements and other operational reports for site under US GAAP

Analyze variances and communicates explanations to management with recommended actions

Prepare forecasts and budgets in the scheduled deadlines with accuracy and punctuality to deliver high quality standards of data in line with all relevant reporting standards and accounting guidelines

Capex controlling

Implement new controlling tools and seek continuous improvement and use of best practices

Collaborate with internal and external auditors (where required) to ensure proper compliance with all regulations

All ad-hoc management accounting and controlling exercises required by the business
