We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of floors and surfaces.
- Maintain restrooms by ensuring they are stocked, sanitized, and clean.
- Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, waxing, and stripping as needed.
- Assist with custodial duties in commercial or residential settings, ensuring all areas are well-maintained.
- Handle industrial cleaning tasks as required, adhering to safety protocols.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or issues that need attention.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high standards of cleanliness.
Skills
- Proven experience in janitorial or custodial roles is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment used in commercial cleaning environments.
- Familiarity with floor care processes including buffing and maintenance of various flooring types.
- Experience in residential painting or porter duties is a plus.
- Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks and respond to facility needs promptly.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
