Responsibilities
- Deliver professional barbering and braiding services tailored to each client’s preferences and hair type
- Consult with clients to understand their desired styles and provide expert recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards
- Build strong customer relationships through friendly communication and attentive service
- Stay updated on the latest hair styling trends, techniques, and products
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and service flow
- Ensure all tools and equipment are sanitized and properly maintained for optimal performance
Qualifications
- Proven experience in barbering, hair styling, or braiding with a strong portfolio of work
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively understand client needs and explain styling options
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Knowledge of various hair types, textures, and styling techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clients and foster repeat business
- Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for barbering or cosmetology (preferred but not mandatory)

Pay: £25,420.00-£52,312.59 per year
