We are seeking a reliable Part Time Cleaner specialising in Deep Cleans and End of Tenancy services. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning to ensure properties are thoroughly sanitised and prepared for new tenants or sale. Duties
- Conduct deep cleaning of properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and communal areas, ensuring all surfaces, fixtures, and fittings are thoroughly cleaned.
- Perform end of tenancy cleans to meet landlord or estate agent requirements, including carpet cleaning, window washing, and appliance cleaning.
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to achieve optimal results while adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Restock supplies as needed and ensure all cleaning tools are maintained in good condition.
- Report any damages or maintenance issues identified during the cleaning process.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled periods.
- Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with clients or tenants during the cleaning process.
Skills
- Previous experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of hotel or hospitality cleaning standards is advantageous.
- Familiarity with specialised cleaning equipment such as carpet cleaners or steam cleaners is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure all areas meet high cleanliness standards.
- Good communication skills for liaising with clients or property managers.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Nice-to-have skills include cooking or customer service experience, which can enhance overall client satisfaction.
