Full time Careers:
Cocktail Bartenders/Senior Bartenders up to £18 per hour.
Full time only, 40 hours/week and you must be fully flexible with weekday and weekend availability as your two days off with be on different days week to week.
No uniforms here - smart casual and comfortable is key, and of course trainers are fine.
No Trial Shifts:

After interview, we will jump on the bar and spend 30 minutes together one to one, prepare a few cocktails and get a feel for what we are about without serving guests.
Dress casual and comfortable, no need to change.
Shifts & Hours:
- We are a large high-street restaurant and cocktail bar, 300-450 seats.
- You will work in a team of over 50 on-shift, up to 150 colleagues.
- Classic cocktail bar, fresh ingredients to a high standard.
- You will join a professional, supportive and highly engaged team.
- Full time only, 40 hours/week and you must be fully flexible with weekday and weekend availability.
- We open for breakfast and close at midnight every.
- At times after a busy evening shift, although we close at midnight; you may be leaving before 2am, its important to check your ability to travel home.
- Balanced shifts, usually 2 early shifts, 1 double and 2 late shifts.
