Passion4hair is a family-owned business supplying exclusive professional haircare brands to independent salons across the UK. We're passionate about supporting the independent hairdresser, delivering exceptional service, and building long-term relationships with our customers.
As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to help lead our warehouse operation. This is a hands-on role where you will work alongside the team while taking responsibility for maintaining high standards, improving efficiency, and ensuring every order leaves our warehouse accurately and on time.

The Role
You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of our warehouse, ensuring operations run smoothly and our customers continue to receive the high level of service we are known for.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Leading the daily warehouse operation and supporting the warehouse team.
· Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently.
· Receiving, checking and booking in supplier deliveries.
· Maintaining accurate stock levels through regular stock control and cycle counts.
· Organising the warehouse to maximise efficiency, cleanliness and safety.
· Identifying opportunities to improve warehouse processes and productivity.
· Ensuring orders are dispatched on time and to the highest standard.
· Training and supporting new team members where required.
· Working closely with the wider business to ensure excellent customer service.
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys taking responsibility.
· Previous warehouse experience.
· Experience leading or supervising a small team (or be ready to step into your first leadership role).
· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
· A positive attitude and willingness to lead by example.
· Good communication skills.
· The ability to prioritise workloads in a busy environment.
· A practical, hands-on approach with a strong work ethic.
· A continuous improvement mindset and pride in doing a great job.

Requirements
· Right to work in the UK.
· Ability to commute to Milton Keynes or relocate before starting.
· Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.
