Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Operative to join our Injection Moulding team, primarily in the preparation and finishing phases, although training will be provided.
Duties
- Preparation and inspection of components prior to further manufacturing stages
- Conduct routine quality checks and record measurements
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment
- Finishing, inspection and packaging of manufactured components.
Requirements
- Good manual dexterity and vision, as some magnifying equipment and small parts are involved.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Previous experience in manufacturing is advantageous but not essential
Candidates will be expected to undertake a provisional work trial, followed by a probationary period.
