Key Responsibilities
- Learn every aspect of running a successful venue.
- Support management with daily operations.
- Assist with staff training and coaching.
- Gain experience in stock control and scheduling.
- Help coordinate events and promotions.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Learn compliance, financial controls and operational management.
Experience
No management experience is necessary.
We're looking for enthusiasm, reliability and people who want to build a long-term career in hospitality. Full training will be provided.
