You’ll be joining us at our Baldock dental practice in 16a Whitehorse Street, Baldock, Herts, SG7 6QN. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be creating and converting opportunities, supporting customers to understand the private options available and facilitating their patient journey.
The working pattern for this role will be full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8:30am and 5:30pm. This is a practice-based position, and please note that home working is not possible. You will have your own office and all necessary equipment provided to support you in the role

What you'll be doing
Attracting and managing enquiries via digital marketing, social media, and events
Monitor and report on marketing performance
Support patients through their treatment journey
Promote private dental options and convert enquiries into sales
Working towards targets and KPI’s to achieve commercial results
Work closely with dentists to grow their private patient numbers
About you
Able to initiate conversations with prospective customers
Ability to generate and convert sales opportunities
Confidence using all social platforms
Great at building relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using computer systems (training provided)
Possesses initiative and can prioritise own workload
Demonstrates a passion for delivering excellent commercial results
