Role Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Hand Sander / De Nibber to join our workshop team. The role will primarily involve preparing furniture and kitchen components for finishing, assisting in the spray booth, and providing general support across the workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sanding and de-nibbing furniture and kitchen components prior to spraying.
- Assisting the sprayer in the preparation and finishing process.
- Helping to move and handle parts safely within the workshop.
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
- Supporting the team with general workshop and labouring duties as required.
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- No formal experience required – full training will be provided.
- Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Physically capable of manual work and handling materials safely.
