Apex Maintenance is a fast-growing property maintenance and refurbishment company working with landlords, estate agents, and block managers across London. We carry out end of tenancy cleans, post-refurb cleans, and ongoing property maintenance.
Due to high demand, we are looking for experienced and reliable End of Tenancy Cleaners to join our team.
Role Overview
You will carry out deep cleans in rental properties, ensuring they are ready for new tenants or handover after refurbishment works.
Key Responsibilities
- Full end of tenancy deep cleans (HMO's, studio flats, 1 -4 bed flats and houses)
- Kitchen deep cleaning (inside ovens, cupboards, extractor fans)
- Bathroom descaling & sanitising
- Internal window cleaning
- Skirting boards, doors & frames
- Limescale & mould removal
- Post-refurb / builders cleans
Requirements
- Previous end of tenancy cleaning experience
- High attention to detail
- Own cleaning equipment (hoover, mop, materials, etc.)
- Reliable & punctual
- Car and driving license
- Able to work independently
- Flexible availability
