Job Overview

Duties
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for various projects and initiatives
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, R, Python, and other tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Design and develop databases with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and other platforms to support business needs
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to present insights clearly and compellingly
- Manage project lifecycles by applying SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) principles to ensure timely delivery of solutions
- Develop automation scripts using VBA, Bash (Unix shell), or other scripting languages to enhance data processing efficiency
- Document business processes with Visio and translate technical specifications into understandable formats for stakeholders
Skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, R, Python, SQL, and VBA
- Strong understanding of database design principles and experience working with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or similar systems
- Knowledge of SDLC methodologies for managing software development projects effectively
- Excellent business analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable insights
- Experience in project management to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with Visio for process mapping and documentation
- Ability to perform analysis using Bash (Unix shell) scripting for automation tasks
- Strong communication skills to convey technical information clearly to non-technical audiences
