As a Car valet specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring their vehicles are cleaned to the highest standards. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the overall cleanliness and appearance of vehicles, making sure that each customer leaves satisfied.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their car wash selections.
- Operate car wash equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform exterior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and drying.
- Clean the interior of vehicles, including vacuuming, dusting, and wiping surfaces.
- Inspect vehicles for any damage or issues and report them to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the car wash area and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns customers may have.
- Assist in training new staff members as needed.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
