4x Cable Pullers Needed – Haverigg, Cumbria
We are currently looking for 4 experienced Cable Pullers to join a long-term project in Haverigg, Millom (LA18 4NA).
Project Location:
North Lane, Haverigg, Millom, Cumbria, LA18 4NA
Start Date: Early September 2026
Duration: Approximately 12 months
Duties Include:
- Pulling and installing cables as part of new electrical installations
- Assisting with the installation of primary and secondary containment
- Supporting electricians with new lighting circuit installations
- Assisting with emergency lighting installations and second-fix works
- Working safely and efficiently as part of the site team
Project Scope:
- Retain existing distribution and install RCD enclosures to feed new lighting circuits
- Install and wire new lighting circuits
- Install emergency lighting systems
- Carry out second-fix electrical works
- Fire alarm installation works being completed by others
Requirements:
- Valid EL1 Clearance (Essential) or SC clearance
- ECS/CSCS Card
- Previous experience as a Cable Puller on commercial or industrial projects
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Own PPE
- Strong understanding of site health and safety procedures
