Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant/Bar General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our organisation. Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of store or organisational operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and policies.
- Supervise and support team management, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development initiatives.
- Maintain excellent communication with staff at all levels, ensuring clarity of expectations and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Monitor financial performance, analyse sales data, and prepare reports for senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements across all operations.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and business growth.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining organisational records with efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience within hospitality sector
- Demonstrable supervisory experience with a focus on team management and leadership development.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure
- Experience in managing budgets, analysing financial data, and implementing operational improvements.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive interactions with staff and customers alike.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and record keeping.
