We are seeking a talented and passionate Hairdresser to join our vibrant salon team. Duties
- Providing professional hairdressing services including cutting, colouring, styling, and specialised treatments
- Offering personalised consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments
- Performing additional beauty services such as eyelash extensions and makeup application as required
- Managing front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, client check-in, and payment processing
- Mentoring junior staff and trainees to develop their skills and ensure consistent service quality
- Upselling additional products and services to enhance client experience and increase revenue
- Maintaining a clean, organised work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Building strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and personalised care
Experience
- Proven experience as a Hairdresser or Barber with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating versatility in styling techniques
- Experience in store management or supervisory roles is advantageous
- Skilled in customer service with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele
- Knowledge of eyelash extensions, makeup application, colour techniques, and hair treatments is preferred
- Previous mentoring or training experience is beneficial for supporting team development
- Ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining a professional demeanour
- Excellent communication skills to ensure clear understanding of client needs and preferences
