Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking team of 2 cleaners to join holiday let cleaning team. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring that holiday rental properties are impeccably cleaned and prepared for incoming guests. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within the hospitality sector, providing high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Prior experience in hotel, hospitality, or janitorial services is highly desirable. Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitise all areas of holiday rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Change bed linens, towels, and organise supplies as required.
- Inspect properties for any maintenance issues or damages and report them accordingly.
- Restock essential items such as toiletries, cleaning supplies, and consumables to ensure the property is guest-ready.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations whilst handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain a high standard of organisation and cleanliness throughout the property at all times.
- Manage time effectively to complete cleaning schedules within designated timeframes.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding any issues or special requests from guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred.
- Full UK driving licence (at least one team member must drive)
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good organisational skills and reliability.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work during peak holiday periods; weekend availability is advantage.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals and equipment is desirable.
