In this role, you will report directly to the Sales Manager and be responsible for selling our IT products and services. Your duties will include cold calling to generate new business and dealing with customer service enquiries. A key part of your role will be to consistently meet and exceed targets, as well as seize opportunities to sell IT services as they arise.
You will act as the main point of contact for your customers and work collaboratively with other departments within the PCS team. A proactive approach is essential in this role, as you will be expected to attract new business to the company. Establishing and maintaining relationships with your customers and prospects will be a crucial part of your job.
You will also work closely with the technical department on projects and opportunities. Part of your responsibilities will include ensuring that any goods purchased are acquired at the best possible price or deal. You will be responsible for your own purchasing with distributors and suppliers. This role requires a dynamic and dedicated individual who is ready to drive growth and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
