This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary depending on experience, the role includes use of a company vehicle, phone, iPad.
Responsibilities:
Manage valeting operations across the South East region
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of valeting professionals.
Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain inventory, manage schedules, and optimize operational efficiency.
Uphold company standards and procedures consistently.
Requirements:
Valid Full UK driving licence.
Previous valeting experience required
Exceptional people and leadership skills.
Reliability and excellent time management abilities.
Proven track record in recruitment.
