We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
- Serve drinks and beverages accurately and efficiently to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
- Ensure compliance with food safety licensing regulations
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Assist in setting up and closing down the bar at the beginning and end of shifts
- Provide friendly and attentive service to maximise customer satisfaction
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
Skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or bar settings is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is advantageous
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver exceptional customer service at all times
