Job Description:
As our Lead Taker, you will be the face of our showroom. Your main responsibility will be to welcome customers, take down their details, and assist with showroom coordination to ensure a smooth and professional experience from the moment they walk in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors warmly upon arrival.
- Take customer details and register new leads accurately.
- Schedule appointments for our kitchen designers and manage the diary.
- Answer phone calls, respond to email inquiries, and follow up on brochure downloads or online enquiries.
- Maintain a clean and presentable front-of-house area.
- Assist with basic admin tasks and showroom support as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
- Professional, polite, and confident with excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a client-facing environment.
- Organised and detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Previous experience in retail, reception, or customer service is preferred.
- Competent using email, calendar systems, and basic office software.
Hours:
Part-time – 3 days a week (including Weekends) with potential overtime to meet the needs of the business
