Your Role:
- you will be supporting adherence to information security controls, monitoring compliance data, reporting exceptions and tracking remediation activities.
- you will be representing information technology services to stakeholders and customers, adapting communication to suit different audiences.
- you will be owning and improving information technology processes, ensuring documentation is current and customer-focused solutions are developed.
- you will be managing asset inventories, planning device replacements and providing forecasts to support budgeting.
- you will be conducting service reviews, producing performance dashboards and increasing visibility of service delivery.
- you will be supporting service improvement plans and assisting the Head of Information Technology in driving team priorities and customer experience improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: You will have strong technical experience and the ability to work effectively within information technology service environments.
- Experience: You will have demonstrable experience in information technology service delivery management, compiling management reports, project management, customer service and office administration.
- Skills: You will have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, strong planning, problem solving and organisational abilities, a thorough understanding of business processes, and experience supporting and implementing information technology projects.
