Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of residential and commercial properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of property management, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and coordinating maintenance activities. Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of multiple properties, ensuring smooth operations and tenant satisfaction
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, including electrical, mechanical, and structural work
- Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Develop and implement property management strategies to optimise operational efficiency
- Manage budgets, rent collection, lease agreements, and tenancy relations
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify repair needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Prepare reports on property performance and maintenance issues for senior management
- utilise project management skills to plan upgrades or renovations, ensuring timely completion within budget
- Maintain detailed schematics and electrical diagrams for property systems where applicable
- Ensure all activities comply with safety standards, including the use of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) where relevant
Skills
- Proven management experience with strong leadership qualities
- Excellent project management abilities with organisational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Technical knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, electrical systems, and mechanical components
- Supervising experience in property or facilities management environments
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting repairs and overseeing maintenance work
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety standards
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment
- Proactive problem-solving skills with attention to detail in managing property assets
