We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Assist in the organisation and management of specific sections within the kitchen
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations, utensils, and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control as needed
- Support junior kitchen staff with training and guidance where necessary
- Contribute to menu development by suggesting new ideas and improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar culinary role within a restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Excellent skills in meal preparation, presentation, and cooking techniques
- Previous experience working in a busy kitchen environment is highly desirable
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
