We are an established and very busy gastro pub in CentralLondon and we are now looking to recruit energetic, bright and enthusiasticHead Chef. If you arelooking for a new challenge this is the place to be. We operate during the lunch and dinner times, seven days a week. Previous experience in similar role is a must.
The successful applicant should:
- have a great passion for food,
- be enthusiastic about working in a busy kitchen with quality and fresh produce,
- ensure all financial procedures are ad heard (labour budget, stock control, GP targets),
- be reliable, punctual and hard working,
- be a good communicator - we are extremely fast paced venue and communication is a key,
- be an inspiring team leader.
