We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Fabricator / Multi-Skilled Workshop Technician to join our growing team on the Isle of Wight.
At Inspiration Fabrication, no two jobs are ever the same. We work across a wide range of bespoke fabrication projects using:
- Steel
- Aluminium
- Stainless steel
- Wood
- Fibreglass
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys variety, problem solving, and producing high-quality custom work.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in fabrication, workshop, or engineering environments preferred but not essential
- Ability to work confidently with a range of materials
- Good practical skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Full clean driving licence required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
