We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded responsible, efficient, and well-organised Senior Marketing Executive to support our dynamic Marketing team. This permanent role is based in our Dunstable office and offers an excellent opportunity to work in a creative and fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will bring creativity, passion, and experience in both online and offline marketing. You will collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth operations within the department. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution. You will be responsible for planning, delivering, and optimising data-driven campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the planning, execution, and optimisation of email and SMS marketing campaigns.
- Lead direct marketing activity across multiple channels, including email, SMS, and print, ensuring campaigns are targeted, measurable, and commercially effective.
- Develop compelling content for marketing literature and campaigns.
- Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies to improve targeting, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Develop and propose innovative marketing ideas to enhance campaigns and overall brand strategy.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to improve ROI and customer engagement.
- Assist in content creation for website, blog, and marketing materials.
- Work closely with internal teams to align marketing activity with business objectives.
- Manage and update website content where required.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Skills & Experience Required
- 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role, with a strong track record in email marketing and direct/CRM-led campaigns
- Proven ability to plan and deliver data-driven campaigns that drive measurable business results
- Confident in analysing performance data and translating insights into actionable improvements
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively
- Commercially aware, with a results-driven mindset and attention to detail
- Basic design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite)
- Understanding of Google Ads, paid social media ads and campaign reporting
- Good understanding of social media platforms and content formats
- Good eye for branding, layout and presentation
- Able to manage deadlines and priorities
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager
- Experience with Google Analytics / GA4
- Understanding of conversion tracking and remarketing
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Experience producing printed marketing materials
