Location: Taylors Select & Ford Service, Berry Way, Skegness
Hours: 8.30am–5.30pm Monday to Friday (no weekend work)
Salary: £36,000 OTE (dependent on experience)
We’re looking for an experienced vehicle technician to join our small, dedicated team.
Our workshop in Skegness has a reputation for delivering exceptional service, built on long-standing relationships with our valued local customers. Our partnership with Ford means a great deal to us, and the successful candidate will be enrolled in the Ford Training Academy to receive the latest model and technological training.
About the Role:
As a Vehicle Technician, you’ll carry out a wide range of workshop activities, including servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair work to Ford manufacturer standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing servicing, maintenance, and repair work efficiently and accurately
- Performing diagnostic checks and identifying faults effectively
- Carrying out warranty and recall work to manufacturer guidelines
- Ensuring all work meets the highest quality and safety standards
- Supporting the smooth running of a small, supportive team
About You:
We’re looking for someone who is:
- IMI Level 3 qualified (essential)
- At least 2 years’ experience in a technician role (preferred)
- Organised, efficient, and detail-focused
- Keen to develop skills with access to the Henry Ford Academy training programme
- A team player who takes pride in their work and enjoys working in a small, friendly environment
