Bathroom Fitter’s Labourer / Trainee
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking person to assist with bathroom fitting and renovation work.
No previous experience is required. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn a trade and develop practical skills while working on real projects.
You will work alongside an experienced bathroom fitter and learn skills including:
- Bathroom rip-outs and preparation
- Tiling and grouting
- Basic plumbing
- Installing bathroom fixtures and fittings
- Using hand and power tools
- General building and preparation work
- Keeping the work area clean and organised
What we’re looking for:
- Reliability and good timekeeping are essential
- Willingness to work hard and learn
- Able to follow instructions
- Comfortable with physical/manual work
- Respectful when working in customers’ homes
- Previous construction or trade experience is helpful but not required
Pay will initially be £120–£150 per day depending on experience and ability, with the opportunity for pay increases as your skills and experience develop.
There is potential for regular ongoing work for the right person.
The main thing we are looking for is someone who turns up when agreed, communicates properly and genuinely wants to learn and improve.
Pay: £120.00-£150.00 per day
