We have a fantastic opportunity at one of our beautiful pub resturants, The Millhouse, for an experienced Senior Sous Chef.
A refreshing new look and direction will be coming in September, and we are lookingfor a strong leader with great skill set to help support and drive our new offer.
Working with our friendly, established and busy team, you will aid to advance our kitchen into the next stage, to create fabulous, freshly prepared dishes – using the best of seasonal, local ingredients, with a refined smokehouse element.

You’ll need to be an experienced , Sous Chef with strong management experience, and a passion for fresh food and a love of kitchen camaraderie.

A hygiene qualification, excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness are all essential for the Senior Sous Chef position.
