Role Overview
We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to support Experian's global commercial operations within the global Data Quality (EDQ) team. You will collaborate with regional sales operations teams across North America, UK/EMEA and APAC.
You will partner with the Revenue Operations Lead and Junior Analyst by being a global subject matter expert for Sales Operations strategies within the team.
You will focus on CRM Operations, Commercial Governance, Reporting, and analytics.

Maintain and establish global standards for end-user best practice within Salesforce CRM and Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) systems for the EDQ team globally, encouraging and improving user adoption across both CRM systems

Configure and administrate the CPQ system for EDQ globally, assisting with weekly releases from development sites to production, covering product and pricing updates, documentation, and general system maintenance

Collaborate with global development teams, creating and escalating high-effort change requests which require development resourcing. Create user stories relating to change requests for system developers

Contribute to projects relating to strategic plans, for sales automation, reducing administrative tasks or steps within the end-to-end sales cycle

Create and own global Power BI dashboards, building a shared workspace with user-friendly and informative reports

2nd Line Support for Salesforce CRM and CPQ systems, supporting regional sales operations teams with troubleshooting and low-effort change requests
Experience and Skills
- Previous experience in an analytics or operations role

A problem solving and analytical mindset with advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI

Exemplify initiative, integrity and work toward continuous improvement and learning

Work at all levels within the company, Managers to Executive level
Desirable

Knowledge of Salesforce.com Administration or CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote)
