Job Description
The position of Executive PA is integral to the support required to enable smooth daily operations of the Managing Director.
The successful candidate will directly support the Managing Directors allowing the MD to focus on strategic management and sustained growth of the business.
As Exec PA you will expected to operate with the utmost professional integrity, discretion, and ability to work effectively under their own initiative providing continual support to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
The Exec PA will complete the following on behalf of the MD :
- Operate as the first point of contact for the MD, managing their emails, written correspondence, and phone calls (both internal and external)
- Manage MD’s diary and organise meetings and appointments
- Control all internal and external access to the MD operating as their gatekeeper
- Accurately book and arrange travel, transport, and accommodation for the MD
- Organise events and conferences as required
- Ensure the MD is kept informed of all important tasks and deadlines
- Attend meetings, compile and prepare accurate reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Manage business-sensitive information, databases, and filing systems
- Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients on behalf of the MD
- Collate and file monthly expenses for the MD
- Compile business reports received from all departments ensuring they are accurate and on time
The company and/or MD may also require the Exec PA to undertake additional work within their capability and capacity inclusive of travel to and from client meetings supporting the MD.
Essential Criteria
· 3 Years experience carrying out Exec PA role duites
· Where possible, has worked in an Small to Medium Company previously
Knowledge and Experience:

Job Type: Part-time
